brief introduction | titanium yellow pigment contains titanium chromium yellow and titanium nickel yellow, which belongs to metal mixed phase pigment and has the characteristics of environmental protection and non-toxicity. it is an alternative pigment product for chromium yellow and cadmium yellow. |
preparation | 44.3 grams of metatitanic acid (TiO2 content is 38.7%), 0.91 grams of chromium trioxide and 1.74 grams of antimony trioxide are placed in a 300mL beaker, 120mL of deionized water is added and beaten for 30min, the mixture is filtered to obtain the mixture, and the mixture is directly roasted in a mafr furnace at 900 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain the titanium yellow pigment initial product of Ti0.9Cr0.05Sb0.05O2. The initial titanium yellow product is transferred to a grinding instrument for grinding for 20min, and then transferred to an air powder instrument for 30min to obtain titanium yellow product with a particle size of 8 microns. |
uses | colorimetric determination of magnesium, determination of boron and magnesium, biochemical and histochemistry, acid-base indicator (pH 12.0-13.0). |
